Level 2 Services

All services included in the basic plus:

• More frequent assistance with hygiene, grooming, dressing and bathing as needed
• Incontinence management
• Wheelchair or escort assistance to meals and activities
• Night assist (toileting, reassurance, etc.)
• Frequent redirection and assurance interventions
• Interventions to manage difficult behaviors
• Level two shall include those residents who may be full assist with some care needs
